Ondrej Tyrpak is writing a book about how we become more trustworthy human beings, and how we help the people around us feel trusted, valued and recognised.

The book is being written. There is no final title, publisher, publication date or pre-order at this stage, and none will be implied here. Updates will be published on this page as they become real.

- What actually makes a person trustworthy in the eyes of others?
- Why does trust break so quickly, and what does honest repair require?
- How do we help another person feel valued without flattery or performance?
- What does trust look like in work, where money and pressure are involved?
- How do we keep trusting after being let down?
Intended reader experience
The book is intended to be personal and practical rather than academic: reflections drawn from lived experience, followed by things a reader can try in their own relationships and work. It is written for anyone who leads people, works with clients, or simply wants to be more dependable to the people close to them.
